I was very fortunate to find Edwards A-1 Appliance on my cell phone Saturday 8-5-17 morning. On Friday 8-4-17 my washing machine of 11 years kicked the bucket. My husband looked up Costco, Home Depot and Lowe's and I found Edwards A-1.They were open on a Saturday that I needed them and I got exactly what I was looking for and cheaper than all the big stores. I walked in the front door and saw the Maytag washer & dryer that I wanted and they were on sale and in stock. The delivery was only 3 days later, not 2 weeks like the big stores. The service and attention given to me was exceptional. The person helping me even submitted the rebate forms for me on line and I didn't even have to do a thing. She was awesome. Thank you all for great service in our community.

I agree with the other reviewer that this family business is "everything that's right about a small town". I have bought replacement parts from them in the past (including an oven element that burned out the day before Thanksgiving), and the service has been friendly and intelligent, and the prices reasonable. I recently had the opportunity to by a refrigerator and dishwasher, and was very satisfied by help the salesperson gave - especially in light of some major indecisiveness on my part. The installation guys were polite, knowledgeable and timely, and the installations went off without a hitch. I even got a thank you card in the mail! Support you local business- they deserve it!

Have been buying our appliances from them forever and the reason is customer service. Something that doesn't exist in big box stores. Katie can rattle off specs on just about anything. What they don't have they will order and pricing always competitive. They deliver, install and take way old.
